Sushi Takase opened in a famous legendary store, Asakusa Kaminarimon. That taste, that texture, that atmosphere can be tasted.

We stick to season things, natural things, we purchase from Tsukiji every morning.
Takase's sushi is relatively small, sushi rice is made to contain air and it is very artistic to unravel when put in the mouth.
It is true Edomae.

Located on Asakusa Kaminarimon street, the well-established chicken restaurant, “Asakusa TORIYOSHI” serves great chicken hot pot and charcoal grilled dishes. We spare no time and effort for every preparation.

Our belief cling to the details below.
1. Chicken broth simmered for 12 hours, extracting full of collagen.
2. We use ‘Date Chicken’ from Fukushima. Oyakodon (a bowl of rice with chicken and egg) served with skin charcoal-grilled chicken to add the flavor.
3. For Soborodon (a bowl of rice with seasoned mince chicken), selected all chicken parts are coarsely minced to give the texture.
4. Our Egg from Ibaraki is not generally on the market. With the deep orange yolks, the color of Oyakodon looks so beautiful.
5. To make citrus sauce, once a year, we go to Shizuoka to pick up bitter orange and peel each of them. All handmade. This has become our annual event for all staff, as the harvest takes place at the busy end of the year.
There are lots more ‘beliefs’ cannot be written. Our commitment comes from the deep passion of the mistress and the chief chef. Once you taste it, you will understand. Please come try at “TORIYOSHI”. We look forward to your visit.
