Managed dispensaries for internal medicine, respiratory medicine, rheumatology, endocrinology (diabetes), orthopedic surgery, among others. Held positions as the managing pharmacist for multiple stores. Provided ongoing care as a primary pharmacist and for home visits. During the period of working in Chiba Prefecture, Nagura used to be a member of the local pharmacist association, responsible for night emergency care, school pharmacist duties, and promoting community collaboration.
