We are preparing sake to match Minori's cuisine.
KAKUREI

Kakurei is a long-established Sake brewery from Niigata region.
We started storing the Sake with the introduction of the hostess’ friend.
As the brewery staff came from Niigata to give us a lecture about Sake, all our staff had a great chance to deepen our knowledge about Sake.
We have built up the good connection with the brewery, so that the well-known Junmai Ginjo plum Sake can be available at our restaurant all the time.
KAKUREI Plum wine

Using carefully selected Nadachi and Tagami plums, it is prepared with the Kakurei’s Junmai Ginjo. While enjoying the full flavour of Junmai Ginjo, the plum sake has the light and delicate sweetness of plum using limited amount of crystal sugar.

It is very rare to have this plum sake in Tokyo.
With our good relationship with the brewery, the Junmai Ginjo plum Sake can be stored at any time.
Sake Hirosima TEPOICHI

Japanese sake is the best supporting player for Japanese food.
Tenpoichi from Hiroshima region has sharp taste very much like its masculine owner.
